At Toy House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with high-quality, authentic toys. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The product is incorrect or not what you ordered

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Used products

Items purchased during sales or promotions (sale items)

Products without original packaging or tags

 

4. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service via hello@toyhouse.com.bd or call 01770092542 within 7 days of delivery.


2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if damaged).


3. Return the item in its original packaging to our address.


4. Our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.

 


5. Refund Method

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for purchase (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card, Bank Transfer) or as store credit upon your request.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after item inspection.

 

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you may exchange your returned product for another item of equal value. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

For defective or wrong items, Toy House will cover the return shipping fee.
